Hello

My company inspires fellow horse enthusiasts to pursue an education in the horse industry by providing them access to scholarship and internship opportunities nationwide. The goal is to show that anyone can work within the equestrian community. The fact is that there are so many different options when considering working in this industry, and I want to open those options up to people by providing more educational openings.

My Story

Our founder Taylor Hayburn has had a love for horses since she was a little girl. Due to moving around her whole life and combined from a non horse family, she never got the chance to own her own horse, but she still wanted to be apart of the industry. She stayed a part by working hard and by keeping an open mind about different activities in the sport. She later ended up going to school for Equestrian Science at William Woods University, where she discovered that you could do almost anything in the equestrian business. This is her biggest belief, that you don’t have to do one specific thing in the horse industry, but instead look into new opportunities and discover what you love. Taylor created the Williams Foundation with the dream to provide equal opportunities to anyone wanting to join the equestrian community and further their education. She breaks the myth that not everyone in the horse industry has to be a rider, trainer or barn owner, by stating, “Possibilities are nearly endless in this million-dollar industry, and the one thing we all have in common is an appreciation for horses.”
